For most naturally aspirated racing engines, we generally recommend bore sizes between 88mm and 90mm.

Larger bores up to 92mm may be suitable depending on the intended application, cylinder pressure, machine work, cooling system, and overall engine combination.

Approximate remaining wall thickness at a 92mm bore: 0.058”

• Finish bore and torque plate hone to final size.
• Verify piston-to-wall clearance during assembly.
