At BK Racing, we strive to make your shopping experience seamless and hassle-free. This Shipping & Returns Policy outlines our processes for delivering your orders and handling returns or exchanges. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Shipping Information

A. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We ship all orders via reliable carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We will select and utilize one of the following methods at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (USPS Priority sometimes Advantage depending on location or UPS Ground).
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (UPS 2nd Day or FedEx Express).
  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day (FedEx Priority Overnight; Saturday delivery available in select areas).

Shipping times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped from our warehouse. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

B. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are added at checkout based on your order. Example rates (subject to change):

  • Continental US: $13.50–$20 (standard), $50–$140 (expedited/overnight).
  • Alaska / Hawaii / PR: Additional $30–$40.
  • International: $40–$75 (varies by country, see international shipping below).

C. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once shipped.

D. International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may incur duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Typical shipping times are 7–21 business days. Prohibited items include hazardous materials (e.g., certain racing fuels). Use our checkout tool for exact rates and restrictions.

E. Order Tracking and Issues

Track your package via the link in your shipping confirmation email. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days at support@bkracing.com with photos for a replacement or refund.

2. Returns and Exchanges

A. Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. Items must be in new condition. Personalized, custom orders, or third-party items (non BK Racing) are non-returnable. Sale items are final sale unless defective.

B. Return Process

  1. Log into your account or email support@bkracing.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide a prepaid return label (US only; international customers cover return shipping).
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back within 7 days of approval to: BK Racing, PO Box 50, Rush, NY 14543.
  4. Once received and inspected (1–3 business days), we’ll process your request.

C. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable; return shipping is free for US exchanges.
  • Partial refunds may apply for damaged packaging.

D. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we’ll cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement at no cost as long as we are contacted immediately after receiving the item (within 1 calendar day).

3. Exceptions and Limitations

  • Hazardous / perishable items (e.g., racing fuels, batteries, time-sensitive parts) are non-returnable.
  • Gift returns can be returned for store credit if unopened.
  • Bulk orders may require special approval for returns.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these guidelines.
